Since 2003, we’ve been inspired by all that you’ve accomplished. We are always eager to bring you solutions that will help you get where you want to go faster and easier. On April 12th 2024, PCB will undergo a technology upgrade to improve our system and your banking experience. 

You can look forward to:

  • More convenient and secure debit card activation. 
  • Improved online and in-branch experiences. 
  • New Online and Mobile banking interface. 

You can look forward to our 2024 system upgrade making us stronger for you!

Important Upgrade Weekend Details for all customers 

  • The upgrade is expected to begin April 12th after business hours and is expected to be completed before business hours on April 15th.  
  • Branches will be closed on Friday, April 12th at 5pm and reopen on Monday, April 15th at 9am. All branches will be closed on Saturday, April 13th. 
  • Telephone Banking will not be available after the system is cut off on Friday, April 12th. Telephone banking will resume back to normal operation on Monday, April 15th.  
  • Please make sure your Online banking profile is updated with your valid phone number by April 12th. 
  • Automatic payments and deposits will be posted as scheduled.  
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable starting April 5th at 6am PST.
  • External transfer service will be unavailable for approximately 3 days after the upgrade is complete. Service is expected to resume on April 18th. 
  • Zelle® will not be available for use during the upgrade. All Zelle® services will resume on Thursday, April 18th.  
  • Debit cards will be in service but some restrictions may apply.   
  • Statement will be generated April 12th. The next statement cycle will be rendered normally as scheduled.
