Senior Loan Officer (Dallas)

Responsibilities
  • Review new loan requests, including credit history, financial statements and spreads, to determine whether proposed credit application includes all necessary information and meets lending criteria outlined in the Bank’s lending policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare well-developed credit memoranda in accordance with the Bank’s required underwriting format and guidelines. 
  • Ensure implementation and compliance to meet lending and other applicable banking requirements.
  • Actively participate with lending staff, commercial marketing officers, and branch managers to ensure that all documentation is in place, applicable terms and conditions are adhered to, and required financial exhibit due dates and monitors, with exhibits received from customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain constant communications to discuss loan portfolio to determine any potential credit risks with loan officers, relationship manager, portfolio group manager, and credit administration on a regular basis.
  • Maintains credit quality of assigned loan portfolio, within Bank guidelines and bank standards; promptly surfaces all risk issues uncovered while managing the portfolio.

SBA Loan/Operation Assistant (Los Angeles)

  • Support the lending team by managing the administrative, processing, and servicing tasks for SBA loans
  • Manage borrower compliance with loan agreements, tracking financial reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with SBA lending regulations, bank policies, and assists in preparing files for audits
  • Monitor and manage post-closing tasks such as insurance tracking, loan modification, and portfolio monitoring

IT Systems Administrator II (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Administer VMware vSphere, Nutanix AOS, Windows Servers, Linux-based appliances, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server online, telephone and e-fax systems (RingCentral), printers. Measure server infrastructure performance and fine tune to optimize reliability.
  • Maintain, configure, secure, and troubleshoot hardware infrastructure including but not limited to Nutanix and Dell servers and storage appliances at datacenters, headquarters, and satellite branches.
  • Administer server backups and replication (ArcServe, Zerto) and help execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Administer patch management and participate in change management for server infrastructure. Maintain Information Security appliances and applications for SIEM, NAC, vulnerability management, PAM.
  • Oversee real-time monitoring and administration tools (ManageEngine, iDRAC, iLO) during business and off hours.

Network Administrator/Engineer III (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, configure, secure, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) assets which include Fortinet firewalls, Arista and Cisco switches, routers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and uninterruptible power supplies. Apply access controls, patch firmware, and respond to alerts.
  • Administer tools including network monitoring (ManageEngine), NPS, IDS, NAC, NetFlow. Measure network performance and fine tune to optimize reliability.
  • Adept at network and web protocols including TCP/IP, SFTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, BGP and other routing protocols. Proficient with Windows Server and familiar with *nix operating systems.
  • Work with network service vendors (MPLS, SD-WAN), ISPs, VOIPs. Consult with network architect and execute device configuration backups, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Adhere to and enforce Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures. Create and maintain documentation of network diagrams, procedures, inventories, and audit reports for IT operations and compliance
  • Collaborate with IT personnel under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager. Provide technical support to end users as needed in coordination with other IT teams.

Senior Information Security Analyst (Cyber Security) (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, email security, and related platforms.
  • Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents, including root cause analysis, log review, endpoint forensics and remediation.
  • Escalate high-severity incidents as needed and collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform daily security operations, including alert tuning, threat hunting, and vulnerability follow-up.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize security tools (SIEM, EDR, email security, vulnerability scanners, PAM, ManageEngine).
  • Develop automation and improve workflows to enhance detection and incident response efficiency.
  • Enhance detection rules, playbooks, and procedures to strengthen continuous threat monitoring.
  • Prepare reports and metrics, support audits/compliance efforts, and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Conduct or assist with new employee orientation, on-boarding and termination
  • Maintain HR documents within personnel files and update important employment records for hiring and terminations
  • Utilize ADP to review time sheets and wage computation of over 250 employees to calculate and process payroll
