Digital Banking Manager (Los Angeles)

Experienced finance professional responsible for monitoring and overseeing all Cash Management activities including effective and efficient process design to deliver outstanding customer service and drive growth.

  • Review activity trends and track metrics to monitor performance and risks of electronic banking, cash management servicing functions
  • Identify new products and/or functionalities, research, review, implement, in addition to managing the life cycle of existing products and services
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Management operations and product supports including online banking, bill payment systems, remote deposits capture, ACH originate, positive pay and bank core processing
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and the Bank’s vendors
  • Full-time position
  • Base annual salary range: $130K-$170K

Digital Banking Senior Officer (Los Angeles)

  • Responsible for overall Digital Banking operations, product support and training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Management operations and product supports including online banking, bill payment systems, remote deposits capture, ACH originate, positive pay and bank core processing
  • Works closely with various internal departments, including Compliance, IT and Legal
  • Participates in or leads various projects as implementing new products and services
  • Should be able to provide reports to senior management and executives as required
  • Must be able to travel to branches and customer locations
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and the Bank’s vendors
  • Full-time position
Base hourly range: $80K-$100K

Mortgage Closing/Servicing Assistant (Los Angeles)

  • No experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email
  • Full-time position

Base hourly range: $17.31-$24.04

Part-Time Receptionist (Los Angeles)

  • No prior experience required but preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skill
  • Bilingual in English & Korean
  • Must speak fluent in English
  • Part-time position

Base hourly range: $19.00-$21.00

Treasury Officer, AVP (Los Angeles)

  • Prepare monthly management reporting package
  • Investment securities settlement, journal entries and activity tracking
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly loan collateral pledging file
  • Monitor the bank's various cash balances
  • Second check/review of Treasury department related workflow
  • Other Treasury project/tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 4+ year experience working in corporate finance, preferably in a banking or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Full-time position

Base annual salary range: $95K-$115K

Assistant Credit Administrator (or Trainee)

  • Minimum 1 year of loan officer or other commercial lending experience referred but not required (if applying as a trainee)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or other related field preferred (comparable work experience can be considered if the applicant does not ossess a degree in related field)
  • General proficiency with Office Applications or similar software is required
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel will greatly increase the prospects of employment
  • Prospective candidate will be working primarily with the data related to bank’s loan portfolio
  • Prospective candidate must be detail oriented and be able meet deadlines n recurring basis
  • Must be able to extract data, compile reports, reconcile, and identify errors and their root causes
  • Competitive salary adjustment can be made upon demonstration of data organization skills during the probationary period

Credit Administration Officer (Los Angeles)

  • Credit Administration Officer: Minimum 2-3 years of loan/credit admin experience preferred but not required
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel preferred but not required for trainee
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred but not required
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and other relevant information
  • Detail oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills

Note Specialist/Officer, Loan Documentation & Servicing (Los Angeles/ OC Regional)

  • Note Specialist - no experience required
  • Note Specialist II/Specialist III /Officer: 1-3 years of experience
  • Loan documentation, servicing, and operation (SBA loans, Commercial loans)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Part / full time position for Note Specialist

Base hourly range: $18.27-$33.64

SBA Department Assistant (Los Angeles-SBA Department)

  • Trainee position. No experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Communicate with clients either to requests or to provide information
  • Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Korean

Base hourly range: $17.31-$24.04

SBA Loan Officer-All Position (Los Angeles-SBA Department)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of loan experience preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information
  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Recommend or deny loan requests
  • Monitor loan covenants and conditions per loan agreement and report any violation to manager
  • Collect loan accounts and overdraft information
  • Conduct site visits and on-site interviews
  • Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Communicate with clients either to requests or to provide information
  • Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
