  • Minimum 2+ years in mortgage loan doc drawing, funding, post-closing, or related experience required

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of distressed and non-performing loans to minimize financial losses.
  • Handle assigned problem loans from collection of payments, foreclosures, liquidation of collateral, and litigation involving obligors.
  • Develop and implement workout strategies, including loan restructures, modifications, and settlements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments on troubled assets.

SBA Loan/Operation Assistant (Los Angeles)

  • Support the lending team by managing the administrative, processing, and servicing tasks for SBA loans
  • Manage borrower compliance with loan agreements, tracking financial reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with SBA lending regulations, bank policies, and assists in preparing files for audits
  • Monitor and manage post-closing tasks such as insurance tracking, loan modification, and portfolio monitoring
  • Prepare monthly SBA loan production and sales reports 
  • Respond to inquiries from borrowers regarding payments, payoff requests, and loan statements while assisting loan officers
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage data in core systems
  • Understanding of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation standards

  • Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information

IT Systems Administrator I (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and storage hardware, Windows Servers, and Linux-based appliances.
  • Support VMware, Nutanix, and Dell infrastructure, including performance monitoring, capacity management, and issue escalation.
  • Assist/Support with the administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP and core infrastructure services, including access management, account administration, and documentation of system changes.
  • Assist with the support and administration of RingCentral, E-fax, printer infrastructure services across datacenters, headquarters, and branch locations, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with server patching, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation, change management processes, and maintenance of required documentation and evidence
  • Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery and business continuity testing, including monitoring, testing, documentation, and escalation of exceptions.
  • Assist with routine administration, monitoring, and evidence collection for infrastructure-related security tools, including tools used for security monitoring, network access control, vulnerability management, and privileged access management while supporting audit and examination requests
  • Monitor infrastructure alerts, document system inventories, procedures, diagrams, audit reports, backup records, and operational runbooks, escalate issues according to established procedures, and provide technical support in collaboration IT Operations, Information Security Application Support and other IT teams.
Requirement and Skills:
  • Reside in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and be available for regular on-site work at headquarters, datacenters, and branch locations as needed.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in desktop technical support, infrastructure support, systems administration or similar technical roles.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory OS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, Microsoft 365, and basic server troubleshooting.
  • Solid grasp of IT and Information Security concepts, methodologies, and trends

HR Assistant (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Conduct or assist with new employee orientation, on-boarding and termination
  • Maintain HR documents within personnel files and update important employment records for hiring and terminations
  • Utilize ADP to review time sheets and wage computation of over 250 employees to calculate and process payroll
  • Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits
